Update- they have updated oil to vegetable oil and upped their prices. Well i have been coming here for years and its still just as good, healthy, wallet friendly and clean. Tasty whether you are a vegan or not. The owner is a great positive energy. Also they cook everything is olive oil which is awesome!

Whether you are vegan or not, this is the place to go if you feel like having a good vegan meal. The environment is cozy and clean. The food is tasty and varied. I personally liked all the stir-fried veggies. They also provide soy milk that's really fresh and creamy. The best part is that the price for lunch AYCE (11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) on weekdays is just $9.99 + tax. I'm willing to forgo meat for a meal at this price. The welcoming waitress is another bright spot for this place. She's always smiling and greets every customer, making everyone feel welcome.

Best Chinese Vegan buffet I have been to. Many variety of choices and everything was vegan. All the foods were very flavorful and fresh foods were being made and brought out constantly. Will definitely visit again when I am in Houston. Couple of the staff did not speak English so it took a while to confirm if everything at the buffet or vegan or not. Manager or Owner was friendly

The freshest ingredients for vegetarian food you can find anywhere in the area, most others use a lot of canned vegetables not here. The price is very reasonable for the flavors of cooking the chef provides. Excellent choice for healthy and satisfying food. I heard they’re closing soon because the landlord will not renew their lease but I hope they will open elsewhere otherwise I’ll be heartbroken. If you haven’t tried them, do so, this way you’ll know and remember what great vegetarian is supposed to be and thank me later!

Pine Forest Garden is a hidden gem it was our first time here , we were coming 45 mins before the restaurant closed. We were excited about to try their all you can eat buffet, there are lots of food options here. The owner was very nice and welcoming and concerned about if the food is not enough for us. Hence he went into to kitchen and made us more fresh dishes . We were so surprised by his hospitality. We really like this restaurant and really enjoyed the food here.

I love the food here! Me and my brother visit on many occasions. It’s awesome and now the buffet (fully vegan) is $9.99 Monday through Friday. I love the bao buns with pumpkin or veggie, the vegan chicken balls, and the special dishes the chef seems to create a new dish each time you visit. I truly enjoy the simple kale salad and veggie rolls. Everything is so good!
